Return and exchange policy

We have a 8 days Defective items/incorrect items return and refund policy. You can return or exchange the product within 8 days of receipt.


Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team and explain your choice of return or exchange and receive a refund/exchange number and product cancellation form. Please provide the following information to our customer service team:

To return a defective product, please contact our customer service team at dingdong2024@gmail.com within 8 days of receipt. Please provide our team with the following information:
·Order number
·Order date
·Product name and quantity
·Details of the problem (e.g. incorrect item, defective item, etc.)
·Photographic proof of problem

Defective items/incorrect items
All products undergo comprehensive quality control and are carefully inspected before shipment. However, mistakes do happen. Depending on the situation, we may need more details (such as pictures) so we can decide on the best solution. If you find that you are allergic to a product, you may not be suitable for use of the product and customers should stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice. We do not accept items damaged due to human error.


Please return the product to us within 7 working days to our pick-up locations.
If the product is incorrect/defective, the customer may request that the product be exchanged for another product. Please contact our customer service team for replacement product procedures.
