Shipping Policy

 

Hong Kong customers:


To provide you with the lowest cost, we offer sending your goods to one of our pick up locations. The shipping fee for each order is FREE when your order exceeds HK$100 (Shipping fee is HKD 25). Please see the checkout page for exact shipping charges for this order.
We provide standard delivery services to addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and outlying islands.
Delivery service is not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Bay and Po Toi Islands. We cannot provide delivery service to Macau.
Generally, products will be ready and delivered to your designated shipping address within 7 working days. If there are unavoidable reasons that cause us to delay delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will try our best to minimize the impact of the delay, so we will not be responsible for the delay in delivery. If there is a risk of serious delays and the goods have not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at dingdongmart2024@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

We only accept defective / incorrect items to return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Ding Dong Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
